This property was built on the site of a former deteriorating cottage. Working closely with architects Arco2 our team brought to life their vision to combine traditional Cornish architecture with contemporary design.

Another exciting modern new build project for Perring Properties, this time using a variety of external materials, a great deal of them sourced through businesses locally in Cornwall. 

Set in probably one of most outstanding locations across the county, this project was a one of a kind development. The location was well known in the area especially because the beautiful gardens were formerly open to the public. 

Working together with Jill Stein Interiors, we interpreted the client’s vision to create a dramatic open-plan living space from what was an outdated, previously converted traditional barn.

Situated on the south coast of Cornwall, this substantial 1930’s house with extensive gardens and direct beach access was in need of internal refurbishment.

The existing farmhouse boasted spectacular views over a substantial pond which from the interior was not being made the most of.
