A split-level, multi award-winning eco house, set in three-quarters of an acre and boasting unrivalled views across Cornwall. Building materials were carefully chosen to be sympathetic to the environment and the Cornish vernacular, and include natural stone, slate, white render, timber joinery and a sedum roof.
A home responsive to the landscape in which it nestles, the house has been shortlisted in several categories of the LABC, (Local Authority Building Control) SW awards and has already won a Green Apple Award for sustainable design.
