Husband and wife, Tim and Amanda Perring, along with son-in-law Terence and the rest of the work force, are known for establishing extremely warm and friendly relationships with clients within the framework of a highly efficient and professional service. A service built on trust, best-practice and a commitment to deliver outstanding results, every time.
Tim Perring - Director
Tim has been involved in construction since 1982 starting in the family business with his father in South Devon. He moved the company to Cornwall in 2003 where the business has grown in size and reputation every year. He lives in the family home in the countryside not far from Bodmin, with wife Amanda, who is a fellow director of the company. He is a passionate Exeter Chiefs fan, keen gardener and fledgling cider maker.
Amanda Perring- Director
An interiors fanatic, Amanda has a great passion for renovation, development and interior design. Together with Tim she has transformed many projects of their own, including an 18th century property in Padstow, which they ran as a boutique hotel for a number of years. In her current role of Finance Director, she keeps a close eye on the company purse strings and keeps fit running and dog-walking. She is also an excellent cook.
Terence Bourton - Project Manager
Terence previously worked for Tim and Amanda on their construction sites during and after University. Following a spell away from the business, where he built up specialist skills in social housing and local government protocols, he rejoined the team as Project Manager in 2012. When not in the office, Terence enjoys cooking, eating, walking his dog Milo, playing golf and cycling.
Paul Wherry - Office Manager
Previously working in the education sector, Paul took a change in career working in the construction industry. He started working for the company on our building sites, before then making the transition into working office based with a wealth of building knowledge and office management experience under his belt.
